SOLDASH is available at https://MySales.now.

SOLDASH is operated by YLIME ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation.

By creating an account, accessing SOLDASH, connecting a store, subscribing to a plan, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use SOLDASH.

1. About SOLDASH

SOLDASH is a sales notification and store activity application designed for e-commerce sellers, brand owners, business teams, and authorized marketing, operations, or management partners.

SOLDASH allows authorized users to connect supported e-commerce stores and marketplaces, including Amazon, Shopify, and other supported platforms, to view sales activity, historical sales information, store-level metrics, and, where applicable, advertising-related performance data.

SOLDASH is intended to provide simple sales notifications, sales visibility, store activity insights, and lightweight dashboard features. SOLDASH is not intended to replace accounting software, tax software, enterprise reporting software, marketplace seller dashboards, legal advice, financial advice, or professional business advice.

2. Eligibility

To use SOLDASH, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
  • Use SOLDASH only for lawful business purposes.
  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Have proper authorization to connect any store, marketplace account, advertising account, or e-commerce account to SOLDASH.

By using SOLDASH, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of SOLDASH, you may need to create an account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, email address, company information, billing information, and any other information required to create or maintain your account.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • All activity that occurs under your account.
  • Promptly notifying SOLDASH if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Keeping your account information accurate and updated.

SOLDASH is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account if you fail to protect your login credentials or notify us of suspicious activity.

4. Authorized Store Connections

You may only connect stores, marketplaces, advertising accounts, or e-commerce accounts that you are legally authorized to access and manage.

By connecting a store to SOLDASH, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the store, or
  • You are an employee, contractor, agency, partner, service provider, or authorized representative with permission to connect the store, and
  • You have authority to authorize SOLDASH to access, process, and display the store data necessary to provide the Service.

You may not connect a store or account that you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

SOLDASH may suspend, restrict, or disconnect any store if we believe the store was connected without proper authorization or in violation of these Terms, platform rules, applicable law, or third-party rights.

5. Supported Platforms and Third-Party Services

SOLDASH may integrate with third-party platforms, including Amazon, Shopify, payment processors, cloud service providers, analytics providers, notification providers, and other services.

Your use of third-party platforms is also governed by the terms, policies, rules, API requirements, data protection requirements, and acceptable use policies of those platforms.

You are responsible for complying with all third-party platform requirements that apply to your stores and accounts.

SOLDASH is not owned by, endorsed by, sponsored by, certified by, or officially affiliated with Amazon, Shopify, or any other third-party platform unless expressly stated in writing.

6. Platform Data Access

When you connect a store or account, you authorize SOLDASH to access and process certain data from that platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

Depending on the platform and your authorization, this may include:

  • Store name

  • Marketplace identifier
  • Sales totals
  • Order totals
  • Sales history
  • Revenue metrics
  • Product sales metrics
  • Marketplace or channel data
  • Currency
  • Refund or cancellation metrics, where applicable
  • Advertising performance data, if applicable and authorized
  • Store-level analytics needed to provide notifications and dashboards
  • Connection status and technical metadata

SOLDASH is designed to request and process only the data reasonably necessary to provide its sales notification, dashboard, historical sales, subscription, support, and security features.

7. Customer and Buyer Personal Information

SOLDASH is not designed to collect or store buyer personal information unless strictly required for a specific feature, permitted by the relevant platform, and authorized.

SOLDASH does not intend to collect or store buyer names, buyer email addresses, buyer phone numbers, shipping addresses, billing addresses, gift messages, or other buyer personally identifiable information unless:

  • The connected platform provides that information through an authorized API response.
  • The information is strictly necessary for a SOLDASH feature.
  • Access is permitted by the relevant platform.
  • Any required platform approval has been obtained.
  • The information is handled according to applicable platform rules and legal requirements.

For Amazon, SOLDASH is designed to avoid restricted customer personally identifiable information unless specifically required and approved.

For Shopify, SOLDASH is designed to avoid protected customer data such as customer name, address, email, and phone unless specifically required and approved.

8. Use of Amazon Selling Partner Data

If you connect an Amazon selling account, you authorize SOLDASH to access Amazon selling partner data through Amazon-approved APIs, subject to your authorization and Amazon’s applicable policies.

SOLDASH uses Amazon data only to provide the Service, including sales notifications, dashboards, historical sales views, account setup, troubleshooting, support, security, and related functionality.

You agree that you will not use SOLDASH to:

  • Access Amazon data without authorization.
  • Violate Amazon’s policies, agreements, or API requirements.
  • Attempt to obtain restricted data without approval.
  • Use Amazon data for prohibited, unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.
  • Resell, transfer, or misuse Amazon data.

SOLDASH may restrict or terminate access to Amazon-related features if required by Amazon, applicable law, security concerns, or these Terms.

9. Amazon Selling Partner API Compliance

This Amazon Selling Partner API Compliance section applies when you connect an Amazon selling account, Amazon marketplace account, Amazon advertising account, or any other Amazon-related account to SOLDASH.

SOLDASH accesses Amazon data only through Amazon-approved APIs and only after authorization by the selling partner or an authorized representative of the selling partner.

9.1 Permitted Use of Amazon Data

SOLDASH uses Amazon data only to provide the SOLDASH service, including:

  • Sales notifications
  • Store-level sales dashboards
  • Historical sales views
  • Sales trend visibility
  • Store connection management
  • Advertising performance views, if applicable and authorized
  • Account setup
  • Technical support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Security monitoring
  • Compliance with legal, security, and Amazon policy obligations

SOLDASH does not use Amazon data for unrelated purposes. SOLDASH does not sell, rent, license, transfer, broker, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit Amazon data. SOLDASH does not use Amazon data to create buyer profiles, perform buyer tracking, run unrelated advertising, create unrelated analytics products, or support any purpose not disclosed to the user and not permitted by Amazon.

9.2 Minimum Necessary Access

SOLDASH is designed to request only the Amazon API roles, permissions, and data fields reasonably necessary to provide the Service.

SOLDASH is a sales notification and lightweight sales visibility app. SOLDASH does not require Amazon buyer personally identifiable information for its core functionality.

SOLDASH is designed to avoid requesting or storing Amazon customer personally identifiable information, including buyer names, buyer email addresses, buyer phone numbers, billing addresses, shipping addresses, gift messages, or other restricted customer data, unless:

  • The data is strictly necessary for a specific approved feature.
  • The data is permitted under Amazon policies.
  • Any required Amazon approval has been obtained.
  • The data is protected according to Amazon’s Data Protection Policy.
  • The data is retained only for the minimum period allowed.

9.3 Restricted Data and Restricted Data Tokens

SOLDASH will not attempt to access Amazon restricted data unless SOLDASH has received the proper authorization, approval, and technical access required by Amazon.

If SOLDASH ever uses Amazon restricted operations, SOLDASH will use Amazon’s required authorization process, including Restricted Data Tokens where applicable.

9.4 No Amazon Buyer PII for Core SOLDASH Features

The core SOLDASH product does not need Amazon buyer PII to provide sales notifications, sales totals, historical sales summaries, or store-level dashboard features.

For this reason, SOLDASH is designed to use non-buyer-identifying data whenever possible, such as:

  • Store identifiers
  • Marketplace identifiers
  • Order count
  • Sales totals
  • Revenue totals
  • Product-level sales metrics
  • Timestamps
  • Currency
  • Refund or cancellation metrics, where available
  • Advertising performance metrics, if authorized

SOLDASH will not request Amazon buyer PII for convenience, general analytics, marketing, resale, unrelated reporting, or product development unrelated to the authorized seller’s use of SOLDASH.

9.5 Retention of Amazon Selling Partner Data

SOLDASH retains Amazon data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with Amazon policies.

If Amazon customer PII is ever processed, SOLDASH will retain it only for the minimum period necessary and no longer than permitted by Amazon.

SOLDASH will delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of Amazon data when it is no longer needed, when the user disconnects the Amazon store, when the account is deleted, or when deletion is required by Amazon policy or applicable law.

9.6 Security Controls for Connected Platform Data

SOLDASH uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Amazon data.

These safeguards may include:

SOLDASH does not hard-code Amazon credentials into public code, client-side code, mobile apps, browser code, or public repositories.

SOLDASH uses Amazon credentials only to provide authorized Service functionality.

If an Amazon credential is revoked, expired, rotated, invalid, or removed, SOLDASH may no longer be able to provide Amazon-related features until the connection is reauthorized.

9.8 Access by SOLDASH Personnel

Access to Amazon data is limited to authorized personnel and approved service providers who have a legitimate business need to access the data.

SOLDASH personnel may access Amazon data only for permitted purposes, such as:

  • Providing support
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Maintaining the Service
  • Investigating security issues
  • Complying with legal or platform obligations

SOLDASH does not allow unnecessary internal access to Amazon data.

9.9 Service Providers and Subcontractors

SOLDASH may use trusted service providers to operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, database, authentication, monitoring, email, payment, notification, and support providers.

Service providers may process Amazon data only as needed to provide services to SOLDASH and must protect the data using appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

SOLDASH remains responsible for using service providers in a manner consistent with Amazon policy, applicable law, and these Terms.

9.10 Security Incidents

If SOLDASH becomes aware of a security incident involving Amazon data, SOLDASH will investigate, mitigate, and respond according to its incident response procedures and applicable Amazon, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Where required, SOLDASH will notify Amazon, affected users, regulators, or other parties within the required timeframe.

You may not use SOLDASH to access Amazon data from an account you do not own or are not authorized to manage.

9.12 Disconnection and Revocation

You may disconnect an Amazon store from SOLDASH at any time.

After disconnection, SOLDASH will stop collecting new Amazon data from that store. SOLDASH will delete or anonymize stored Amazon data according to its retention schedule, Amazon policy requirements, legal obligations, and the Privacy Policy.

You may also revoke SOLDASH’s access through Amazon’s authorization settings where available.

9.13 No Circumvention

You may not use SOLDASH to bypass Amazon’s API rules, security controls, authorization flows, restricted data requirements, rate limits, review processes, or platform requirements.

SOLDASH will not knowingly support scraping, credential sharing, unauthorized account access, proxy access, password collection, or any method intended to avoid Amazon’s approved API authorization process.

9.14 Suspension of Amazon Features

SOLDASH may suspend, restrict, or terminate Amazon-related features if:

  • Required by Amazon.
  • Required by law.
  • Required by a payment processor, regulator, or court order.
  • Your Amazon authorization is revoked or invalid.
  • You violate these Terms.
  • You violate Amazon policies.
  • SOLDASH detects unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, abuse, or security risk.

SOLDASH is not liable for loss of access to Amazon-related features caused by Amazon policy changes, API restrictions, authorization changes, platform outages, app review decisions, or account-level restrictions.

10. Use of Shopify Data

If you connect a Shopify store, you authorize SOLDASH to access Shopify store data through Shopify APIs, subject to your authorization and Shopify’s applicable requirements.

SOLDASH uses Shopify data only to provide the Service, including sales notifications, dashboards, historical sales views, connected store management, support, security, and related functionality.

SOLDASH may restrict or terminate access to Shopify-related features if required by Shopify, applicable law, security concerns, or these Terms.

11. Advertising Data

If you authorize SOLDASH to access advertising-related data from supported platforms, SOLDASH may process advertising performance data for the purpose of showing relevant sales, store, and advertising metrics.

Advertising data may include spend, impressions, clicks, attributed sales, campaign-level metrics, and similar performance information.

SOLDASH does not manage, modify, pause, launch, or optimize advertising campaigns on your behalf unless a separate feature or written agreement expressly allows it.

12. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

SOLDASH may offer paid subscription plans.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges associated with your selected plan.

Subscription fees may be billed in advance on a recurring basis, such as monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. SOLDASH does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on its own servers.

13. Plan Limits and Features

SOLDASH may offer different plans with different features, limits, store connection allowances, notification options, sync frequency, history limits, and support levels.

Continued use of SOLDASH after a plan change becomes effective means you accept the updated plan terms.

14. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available in SOLDASH, through the applicable app store, payment processor, or by contacting us at:

ylimeenterprices@gmail.com

Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments unless required by law or expressly stated by SOLDASH.

After cancellation, your access to paid features may continue until the end of your current billing period, unless your account is suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms.

15. Refunds

Unless required by law or expressly stated in writing by SOLDASH, subscription fees are non-refundable.

SOLDASH may, at its discretion, offer refunds, credits, or account adjustments. Providing a refund or credit in one situation does not require SOLDASH to provide a refund or credit in any other situation.

16. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, levies, or similar governmental charges associated with your use of SOLDASH or purchase of a subscription, except for taxes based on SOLDASH’s income.

Where required, taxes may be calculated and charged by SOLDASH or its payment processor.
