SOLDASH is operated by YLIME ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation (“SOLDASH,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, protect, and delete information when you visit https://MySales.now, create a SOLDASH account, use the SOLDASH mobile or web application, connect an e-commerce store, or use any related services.
SOLDASH is a sales notification and store activity app for e-commerce sellers, brand owners, business teams, and authorized marketing or operations partners. SOLDASH is designed to help authorized users view sales activity, historical sales performance, and, where applicable, advertising-related performance data from stores they legitimately manage.
By using SOLDASH, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you create or manage a SOLDASH account, we may collect:
- Full name
- Email address
- Business or company name
- Business address or billing address
- Phone number, if required for account security, verification, support, or billing
- Account login information
- App preferences, such as notification settings, sounds, store display preferences, sales goals, and app mood settings
1.2 Payment and Subscription Information
If you purchase a SOLDASH subscription, we may collect billing-related information such as:
- Plan selected
- Billing name
- Billing address
- Payment status
- Subscription status
- Invoices, receipts, refunds, and payment history
SOLDASH does not intentionally store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, CVV codes, or full payment credentials on our own servers. Payment information is processed by our payment processor, such as Stripe or another PCI-compliant provider. We may receive limited payment metadata from the payment processor, such as the last four digits of a card, card brand, billing status, and transaction identifiers.
1.3 Connected Store Information
When you connect a store or marketplace account, SOLDASH may collect and process store-related information from platforms you authorize, including Amazon, Shopify, and other supported platforms.

- Store name
- Store identifier or marketplace identifier
- Authorized account connection status
- Sales totals
- Order totals
- Sales history
- Revenue metrics
- Product sales metrics
- Marketplace or channel data
- Currency
- Refund or cancellation metrics, where applicable
- Advertising performance data, if applicable and authorized
- Store-level analytics needed to provide notifications and dashboards
SOLDASH is designed to collect the minimum store data needed to provide sales notifications, store dashboards, historical sales views, subscription features, and related service functionality.
1.4 Advertising Data
If you authorize SOLDASH to access advertising data from supported platforms, we may collect limited advertising performance data, such as:
- Campaign-level or account-level advertising metrics
- Spend
- Sales attributed to ads
- Impressions
- Clicks
- Advertising cost of sales or similar performance metrics
- Historical advertising performance data
SOLDASH does not use advertising data to run ads on your behalf unless a separate feature, authorization, or agreement is provided.
1.5 Customer or Buyer Personal Information
SOLDASH is not designed to collect buyer personal information unless strictly required to provide the service and permitted by the relevant platform.
We do not intend to collect or store customer names, buyer email addresses, shipping addresses, billing addresses, phone numbers, gift messages, or other customer personally identifiable information unless:
- The connected platform provides that data as part of an authorized API response,
- The data is strictly necessary for a specific SOLDASH feature,
- Access is allowed by the platform’s rules and your authorization,
- Any required platform approval has been obtained, and
- The data is protected, minimized, and deleted according to applicable requirements.
For Amazon, SOLDASH is designed to avoid restricted customer PII unless specifically approved and required. For Shopify, SOLDASH is designed to avoid protected customer fields such as customer name, address, email, and phone unless specifically approved and required.
1.6 Technical and Usage Information
We may collect technical and usage information when you use SOLDASH, including:
- IP address
- Device type
- Browser type
- Operating system
- App version
- Login events
- Error logs
- Security logs
- Pages or screens viewed
- Feature usage
- Approximate location based on IP address
- Cookies, pixels, or similar technologies used for authentication, security, analytics, or preference storage
We use this information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve, and support SOLDASH.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To create and manage SOLDASH accounts

4. Platform-Specific Data Practices
4.1 Amazon
If you connect an Amazon selling account, SOLDASH may access Amazon selling partner data through Amazon-approved APIs, subject to your authorization and Amazon’s applicable policies.
SOLDASH uses Amazon data only to provide the SOLDASH service, including sales notifications, dashboards, historical sales views, account setup, troubleshooting, support, security, and related functionality.
SOLDASH does not use Amazon data for unrelated advertising, resale, profiling, or data brokerage.
SOLDASH is designed to:
- Request only the Amazon API roles and scopes needed for SOLDASH features
- Avoid restricted Amazon customer PII unless specifically required and approved
- Protect Amazon data using encryption, access controls, monitoring, and secure credential handling
- Delete Amazon information when it is no longer needed or when required by Amazon policies, applicable law, or user request
- Limit access to Amazon data to authorized personnel and approved service providers with a legitimate need
If Amazon customer PII is ever processed, SOLDASH will retain it only for the minimum period necessary and no longer than permitted by Amazon policies, unless longer retention is required by law.
4.2 Shopify
If you connect a Shopify store, SOLDASH may access Shopify store data through Shopify APIs, subject to your authorization and Shopify’s applicable requirements.
SOLDASH uses Shopify data to provide sales notifications, dashboards, historical sales views, connected store management, support, security, and related functionality.
SOLDASH is designed to:
- Request only the Shopify scopes needed for SOLDASH features
- Avoid protected customer fields such as customer name, address, phone, and email unless strictly necessary and approved
- Use Shopify data only for disclosed SOLDASH service purposes
- Respect Shopify app privacy, protected customer data, and data minimization requirements
- Respond to required Shopify privacy webhooks or deletion requests where applicable
5. Data Sharing and Service Providers
We may share information with trusted service providers only as needed to operate SOLDASH. These may include:
- Cloud hosting providers
- Database providers
- Authentication providers
- Payment processors
- Analytics and error monitoring providers
- Email and notification providers

You may disconnect a store at any time through the SOLDASH app, platform account settings, or by contacting us.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SOLDASH, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, support billing, and meet platform requirements.
General retention practices:
- Account information is retained while your SOLDASH account is active.
- Billing and invoice records may be retained as required for tax, accounting, legal, and compliance obligations.
- Store-level sales and historical metrics are retained only as needed to provide SOLDASH features and comply with platform requirements.
- Security logs may be retained as needed for security, audit, legal, and platform compliance purposes.
- API tokens are retained only while the store remains connected or as needed to complete disconnection, deletion, security, or compliance processes.
- Platform data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, when your account is deleted, when a store is disconnected, or when required by law or platform policy.
For Amazon data, SOLDASH follows applicable Amazon retention requirements, including stricter limits for Amazon customer PII and applicable limits for non-PII Amazon information unless longer retention is legally required.
9. Account Deletion and Store Disconnection
You may request deletion of your SOLDASH account or disconnect a connected store.
When you disconnect a store, SOLDASH will stop collecting new data from that store. We will delete or anonymize stored platform data associated with the disconnected store according to our retention schedule, legal obligations, security obligations, and applicable platform requirements.
When you delete your SOLDASH account, we will delete or anonymize personal information and connected store data unless we need to retain certain information for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax or accounting records
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Dispute resolution
- Platform compliance
- Backup integrity for a limited period

All references to third-party platforms are used only to describe compatibility, integrations, authorization flows, supported services, and data practices related to user-authorized store connections.
